I spoke to Jacque @ Heating & Cooling Services Perth with my "urgent" pre-Christmas repair for my evaporative air conditioner. I was expecting a miracle at this time of year, I know!!!
She very quickly assessed the "situation" & immediately organised an appointment & the job was successfully completed by Ben, who was not only a competent young man but also very polite & courteous.
He discussed the job with me, including the possible options available. He also took photos to show me the actual issue that he was repairing.
I am very happy to state that the service I received was very efficient & professional & I do believe that the customer is very much a priority to their business.
I will certainly be using Heating & Cooling Services Perth again in the future.

My electrician who I’ve been using for 10+ years recommended Heating & Cooling Services to me when he became concerned about the noise from the motor of my Brivis evaporative air conditioner. He stated he had been recommending clients for over 10 years and they were particularly knowledgeable re the Brivis brand. Michael attended my property and inspected the system, he said for it’s age (13yo) it was in good condition, had been well serviced and the motor didn’t need replacing. This was obviously reassuring, what was particularly pleasing was that he knocked $70 off the original quote as he stated he didn’t actually have to do any work on the system so couldn’t justify charging for a service. Obviously, I appreciated his honesty, thus if I do need any work on the system in future I would certainly use ‘Heating & Cooling Services’.
